A lament for my secondary fermenters

After reading a few brewing articles and listing to a bajillion podcasts about secondary fermenters, I decided to quit using them and instead just do a 3 week primary fermentation for my regular ales. Now I’m happy with the results, as I am brewing better product, but the downside of that is now my primaries are held up for 3 weeks instead of 8 or 10 days. A major problem for me especially now that I’m trying to “brew it forward” to get some freakin’ inventory. I have no solution here, other than buying more primaries, which I will probably do. I just wanted to whine about it for a moment. All done.
