Quarter 3, 1 lbs. baking pumpkins and place on a cookie sheet, face up in the oven at 350F for an hour. When the pumpkins have cooled, remove the rinds and cut into 1/4" cubes. Dumpmthe cubes in the mash at dough-in, then continue the brew as normal.
